With thoughtful planning and execution, you can ensure a smooth and successful changeover that meets all compliance requirements. This guide highlights the essential steps and considerations to help you embrace this new chapter with confidence.

Adding your Recreational License to Flowhub

Email help@flowhub.com with your recreational license as it appears in your regulator portal.

  • Our support agents will adjust necessary internal settings and notify you when that is complete.

Updating Maui to Prepare for Recreational Sales

Please note that the options below may not be available until our team confirms that the proper settings have been enabled on the back end.

    • Taxes set to Both will automatically apply to recreational sales

    • Fees set to Both will automatically apply to recreational sales

    • Skip this step if your dispensary doesn't use Price Profiles

    • You can add recreational pricing to existing products in the product catalog.

    • Check out this article on bulk updating items in the Product Catalog

    • Refresh your Metrc tab by selecting the Full Metrc Data Refresh button in the top right corner of the window.

      • This will pull any new recreational inventory associated with your regulator license.

    • If you're still unable to retrieve recreational inventory from Metrc, make sure you have the appropriate access and permissions, or try regenerating and re-adding your API key to Maui.

Now, you're ready to make recreational sales! We suggest running a few test sales to ensure everything above was set up correctly. Remember to void any test sales to ensure your reporting is accurate.
