Flowhub apps make it quick and easy to run your dispensary from the device in front of you. In this article, we'll guide you through downloading each app so your team can check in customers, ring sales, count inventory, and track performance.
š” Every Flowhub app is free, and you sign in with the Flowhub credentials you already have. There is no separate app password to create. If you cannot sign in after installing, your user account may need the app enabled ā contact your manager or Flowhub support.
Before You Begin
Confirm these three things before you download anything.
You have a Flowhub user account with a username and password.
If you do not, ask a Manager or Owner at your store to create one.
Your device meets the requirement for the app you want.

Apple and Google both require an account before any app downloads.
š” Tip: Flowhub recommends a non-personal Apple ID on shared store devices. This keeps customer information separate from anyone's personal account. Flowhub support cannot create Apple IDs ā contact Apple Support for help with that.

Add Flowhub Maui to a Computer or iPad
Maui is the point of sale. Install it on the device your team rings sales on.
Mac
Navigate to flowhub.com/download.
Under Desktop apps, select MAC (64-BIT).

Windows Enterprise or IoT
Windows Enterprise and IoT devices install from a file rather than the Microsoft Store.
Navigate to flowhub.com/download.
Under Desktop apps, select WINDOWS ENTERPRISE / IOT (64 BIT).
FlowhubMauiSetup.exe downloads to your computer.
Open the downloaded file to start the installation.
A Flowhub leaf displays while the app installs, then Maui launches.

Add Greet, Stash, and View to a Phone
These three apps run on a phone and pair with Maui. Download only the ones your role uses.
Greet
Greet scans IDs and checks customers in.
On the iPhone, open the App Store.
Search for Greet for Flowhub Maui.
Select Get, then confirm the download.
Open the app and sign in with your Flowhub username and password.
Stash
Stash audits inventory, moves it between rooms, and transfers it between locations.
On the iPhone, open the App Store.
Search for Stash for Flowhub Maui.
Select Get, then confirm the download.
Open the app and sign in with your Flowhub username and password.
View
View shows sales, budtender leaderboards, and store performance. View runs on iPhone and on Android.
On iPhone:

Add Kiosk to a Tablet
Kiosk gives customers a self-serve ordering screen in your store. It runs on a tablet.
On iPad:
Open the App Store and search for Kiosk + CFD.
Select Get, then confirm the download.
Open the app and sign in with your Flowhub username and password.
On Android:
Open the Google Play Store and search for Kiosk for Flowhub.
Select Install.
Open the app and sign in with your Flowhub username and password.

Do I need a separate account or password for each app?
No. Every Flowhub app uses the same Flowhub username and password you use for Maui. There is nothing extra to create.
Do the apps cost anything?
The apps are free to download. Access to Kiosk depends on your subscription. Contact your Flowhub representative if Kiosk is not available in your account.
I downloaded the app but cannot sign in. What should I do?
Confirm you are using your Flowhub credentials, not an Apple ID or Google account. If those are correct, ask a Manager or Owner to confirm your user account is active and has access to that app.
Which app do I need for my role?
Budtenders and cashiers use Maui, and Greet for check-in. Inventory managers use Stash and Maui. Owners and managers use View and Maui. Kiosk runs on a store tablet rather than a personal device.
My device is older than the requirement listed. Can I still install the app?
No. Apple and Google block the download when the operating system is below the minimum. Update the device's operating system first, then download the app again.
Can I install Maui on more than one computer?
Yes. Install Maui on as many store devices as you need. Each person signs in with their own Flowhub credentials.
Should I use my personal Apple ID on a store device?
