Reactivate a Deactivated User

Learn how to restore access for previously deactivated users.

When a former employee returns or temporarily suspended access needs to be restored, Flowhub allows you to easily reactivate their profile. In this article, we’ll navigate you through finding a deactivated user and reactivating their account so they can log back in and resume work.


Reactivate an Employee

  1. From the pop-out menu in the top-left corner, select Employees.

  2. At the top of the page, select Users.

  3. Above the search bar, select Status and choose Deactivated to filter the list.

  4. Find the employee you want to reactivate and select their name.

  5. On the right side of the screen, select Activate.

  6. A prompt will display asking you to:

    • Assign a Role to the employee.

    • Confirm that they should be reactivated.

  7. Select Activate to finalize.

Once activated, the user will automatically:

  • Reappear in your Active Users list.

  • Receive an email prompting them to reset their password.

  • Regain access to Flowhub Maui using their email address.


Frequently Asked Questions

Will the user receive a new PIN after reactivation?
• No. The employee’s existing PIN remains valid, but they can reset it at any time after logging in.

What happens to the user’s old data?
• All historical records, permissions, and reporting data remain linked to the reactivated profile.
