Your PIN is used to securely authorize sales, apply discounts, and complete compliance-sensitive actions in Flowhub. In this guide, we’ll explain how to reset your PIN so you can maintain security and keep transactions running smoothly.

When a user is first created in Maui, an email is sent from noreply@flowhub.com with a Temporary PIN. This Temporary PIN can be used in Maui, but we recommend resetting the PIN to something you can remember.

Understand PIN Requirements

Before changing your PIN, review these key rules:

  • Your PIN must be 4 to 6 digits long.

  • Avoid simple combinations such as “1234” or repeating numbers.

  • Each employee must have a unique PIN—no duplicates within your store.

  • You can only reset the PIN for your own account (not another employee’s).

Resetting your PIN

  1. Sign in to Flowhub.

  2. Select your initials in the circle at the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Choose Reset PIN from the dropdown menu.

  4. Enter your new PIN and confirm it in the provided fields.

  5. Enter your account password to authorize the change.

  6. Select Reset PIN.

💡 Tip: Choose a memorable number that’s easy for you to recall but difficult for others to guess.
