Resend a Password Email

Learn how to resend a password reset email for a user who never received or misplaced it.

If an employee didn’t receive their temporary password email, you can easily resend it using the Don't Remember My Password workflow on the Maui login page. In this article, we’ll guide you through verifying their email address and resending the password link securely.


Verify the Employee’s Email Address

  1. In Maui, navigate to Employees.

  2. Find the employee who needs a new password email.

  3. Confirm that the email address is entered correctly on their account.

  4. Copy their email address from the employee record.

💡 Tip: Always verify the email address first—typos are the most common reason employees don’t receive reset emails.


Resend the Password Email

  1. Open a private/incognito browsing window.

    • Using a private window allows you to access the login page without signing out of your current Maui session.

  2. In the address bar, enter app.flowhub.com.

  3. On the login page, select Don’t remember your password?

  4. Paste the employee’s verified email address into the email field.

  5. Select Send Email.

A password reset email will be sent to the employee’s address immediately.

💡 Tip: Ask the employee to check their spam or junk folder if the reset email doesn’t appear within a few minutes.

Can I send the reset email from within Maui?
• No. Password reset emails must be sent through the Forgot My Password option on the login page.

What if the email address is incorrect?
Deactivate the existing employee and create a new one with the correct email address. As email is an employee's unique identifier, it cannot be edited once the user profile is created.
