Flowhub automatically submits completed sales to Metrc & Biotrack, ensuring your store remains compliant with state reporting rules. This guide explains how the automatic process works and provides instructions on reviewing any sales that require attention.
Enable Automatic Push
You can enable this feature from your storeβs settings.
Navigate to Maui Menu β Account β Store Settings β Regulatory Compliance.
Locate Enable Live Sales Push.
Select the check. box to enable the feature.
When enabled, Flowhub will automatically push all sales directly to Metrc & BioTrack.
Save All Settings
π‘Tip: Enabling this ensures Metrc/BioTrack submissions stay consistent without daily manual pushes.
Review Sales
Navigate to Maui Menu β Cashier
Select the Sales tab across the purple bar at the top.
Review the sales and the Status of the sales.
If the sale has no status, the budtender who made the sale does not have a Metrc API key on their profile, or the sale was made before you enabled the automatic push.
You will need to manually push these sales.

How often does Flowhub push sales to Metrc/BioTrack?
If Live Sales Push is enabled, each sale automatically pushes to Metrc/BioTrack. After each sale, Flowhub will communicate with Metrc or Biotrack in real time.
What happens during Metrc/BioTrack downtime?
Sales remain in Pending until Metrc becomes available again.
