Flowhub allows you to report sales how you want. This setting allows sales to automatically report any sales that were not attempted to push that night at 4am Eastern time.
Enable Automatic Report Any Unreported Sales Nightly
You can enable this feature from your store’s settings.
Navigate to Maui Menu → Account → Store Settings → Regulatory Compliance.
Locate Automatically Report Any Unreported Sales Nightly.
Select the check. box to enable the feature.
This setting will report any un-reported sales, including sales that have not yet been attempted to be pushed to Metrc.
Select a user's credentials from the drop-down menu.
This is the API Key/BioTrack login that will be used when Flowhub tries to report any unreported sales.
Save All Settings
💡Tip: Enabling this ensures Metrc/BioTrack submissions stay consistent without daily manual pushes.
Review Sales
Navigate to Maui Menu → Cashier
Select the Sales tab across the purple bar at the top.
Review the sales and the Status of the sales.
With this setting enabled, Flowhub will attempt to push all unreported sales to Metrc/BioTrack from the day before.

The system submits all unreported sales during the nightly process at 4 a.m. Eastern.
Do I still need to manually push sales during the day?
You can, but you don’t need to. Any completed sale that has not been pushed by the end of the day will be automatically submitted overnight.
What happens if Metrc/BioTrack is unavailable during the nightly push?
Sales remain queued, and Flowhub will automatically retry until submission is successful.
Where can I check if a sale was pushed?
Navigate to Cashier → Sales and review the Pushed and Pending tabs for status updates.
Does this feature overwrite or change previously reported sales?
No. Only unreported sales are included in the nightly submission.
