Flowhub automatically submits completed deliveries to Metrc, ensuring your store remains compliant with state reporting rules. This guide explains how the automatic audit delivery process works and provides instructions on reviewing any sales that require attention.
This setting is not applicable or functional in California due to the Metrc API limitations in that state.
Enable Automatically Audit Metrc Deliveries
You can enable this feature from your store’s settings.
Navigate to Maui Menu → Account → Store Settings → Regulatory Compliance.
Locate Automatically Audit Metrc Deliveries.
Select the check. box to enable the feature.
If there are any discrepancies between Deliveries completed in Flowhub and Deliveries completed in Metrc, this setting will link the sale records together as well as re-push any failed Delivery sales in Flowhub nightly.
Select a user's credentials from the drop-down menu.
This is the API Key/BioTrack login that will be used when Flowhub tries to report any unreported sales.
Save All Settings

Review Sales
Navigate to Maui Menu → Cashier
Select the Sales tab across the purple bar at the top.
Review the sales and the Status of the sales.
Delivery sales will always automatically push to Metrc. If the sale failed, it might be because the final cashier did not have API keys on their user profile.

The sale will be marked as Failed, and Flowhub will try to re-push the sale nightly if this feature is enabled.
What happens if Metrc is unavailable?
Deliveries remain in Pending until Metrc is available again. The system will automatically retry.

Confirm successful submissions by reviewing the Sales tab.
