Flowhub allows you to report sales however you want. This setting allows sales to automatically audit Metrc sales and Re-Push any Failed Sales.
Enable Automatically Audit Metrc Sales and Re-Push Failed Sales
You can enable this feature from your storeβs settings.
Navigate to Maui Menu β Account β Store Settings β Regulatory Compliance.
Locate Automatically Audit Metrc Sales and Re-Push Failed Sales
Select the check. box to enable the feature.
If there are any discrepancies between sales made in Flowhub and sales reported to Metrc, this setting will attempt to repair and re-push those sales.
Select a user's credentials from the drop-down menu.
Save All Settings

Review Sales
Navigate to Maui Menu β Cashier
Select the Sales tab across the purple bar at the top.
Review the sales and the Status of the sales.
With this setting enabled, Flowhub will attempt to push all failed sales to Metrc right away.

The system automatically retries failed sales throughout the day based on Metrc availability.
Do I need to manually resubmit failed sales?
Not usually. Flowhub continues retrying automatically. You only need to intervene if a sale appears in the Review tab with an issue message.

Common causes include invalid package tags, finished packages, incorrect quantities, or temporary Metrc downtime.
Does this feature change previously reported data in Metrc?
No. Flowhub only re-pushes sales that failed to report successfully and does not modify completed Metrc submissions.
