How-to edit an existing user profile.

Flowhub makes it easy to update employee information. We’ll guide you through editing an employee’s details to maintain accurate staff records.


Edit Employee Information

  1. From the pop-out menu in the top-left corner, select Employees.

  2. At the top of the page, select Users.

  3. From the employee list, select the user you’d like to edit.

  4. On the right side of the screen, select Edit.

  5. Update the necessary information such as role, store access, or uploading a file.

  6. Select Save to confirm your changes.

💡 Tip: If you need to update an employee’s email address, you’ll need to deactivate their profile and create a new one with the correct email.

💡 Tip: You aren't able to update Regulator Credentials for an Employee. Only the employee who is logged in can update their own credentials.

Can I edit a user’s email address?
• No. You’ll need to deactivate their current profile and create a new one using the updated email address.

Can I update a user's Regulator Credentials?

• No. Only the user who is currently logged in can add their own Metrc or BioTrack API credentials.
