If you operate your dispensary in a Biotrack state, you can use Flowhub Maui to view your incoming transfers by Manifest and easily import each package as inventory into Flowhub.
Please note that the following must be in place to import by Biotrack Manifest in Flowhub:
The Dispensary must have an active license in a state that uses Biotrack for tracking.
If your state uses Metrc, please reference our Import by Metrc Manifests article here.
If your state does not use Metrc or Biotrack (Vermont, Maine medical licenses), you will create your inventory manually in Maui.
Biotrack:
Your store's API Connection to Biotrack must be set up in Flowhub.
Importing Inventory by Biotrack Manifest
Navigate to the pop-out menu on the top-left of the screen and select Inventory.
Select Manifests from the purple bar across the top of your screen. All available Manifests will display.
Note: you will only see Manifests in Flowhub that have not yet been accepted in Biotrack. Accepting the Manifest in Flowhub will also accept the Manifest in Biotrack for you.
If a Manifest has already been accepted in Biotrack, you will import that inventory using the Biotrack tab, not the Manifests tab in Flowhub.
Select a Manifest you would like to import.
A list of the packages in the Manifest will display on the right side of the page. Check off the "Correct?" radio button next to each Package, then select the yellow "Receive Manifest" button at the bottom of the package list when all packages are selected.
Next, you will be brought to the Manifest page where you can import each Package from the Received Manifest as Inventory into Flowhub.
Select a Package in the Manifest, and select "Create Inventory" to bring the package into your Flowhub inventory.
You will be prompted to select the Product from your Catalog and bring the package into your Maui inventory. You will see the information about the Package on the right side:
Select "Select A Product" to choose the Product to associate to the Package.
TIP: If you don't have the Product built in your Catalog yet, you can select "Create a New Product" to build that product information out when adding this item to your inventory.
TIP: If you need to add a new Variant to an existing Product, you can do so directly when the Product is selected by selecting "No Matches? Create a New Variant:"
With the Product from your Catalog selected, hit the orange "Select" button to associate the Product with the Package.
Fill out any required fields for package/inventory information with asterisks.
Select "Save" to create the inventory in Flowhub.
