If there is a missing Required Field for compliance that is not filled out on a Product or Inventory item, there will be a yellow flag on the batch in Inventory. These required fields that may be necessary for exit labels, or in reporting sales to a Regulator.

When you see this yellow triangle on an Inventory item, there's a required field that's missing on your inventory. This could have happened because the Category was changed on the Product, you're going through Flowhub onboarding and this data was not available from your previous POS's source data, or if there's a new field in Maui that was recently added to your state for Compliance.

Resolving Out of Compliance Warnings

  • If desired, find all your out-of-compliance inventory items by selecting More Filters on the Inventory page and activating the Non-compliant toggle:

  • Locate an item with a non-compliant warning, select it in your inventory, then select Edit on the right side.

  • Find the required field (marked with an asterisk*) that needs to be completed. In the example below, the Manufactured Date needs to be entered.

  • Once all required fields have been filled out, select "Save" to Save the inventory item.
