Flowhub integrates directly with Metrc Connect (V2) for real-time two-way communication. If a regulator rejects a sale due to missing or incorrect information, Maui provides tools to quickly correct and repush the data.
Sales may fail for any of the following reasons:
Invalid Package Tag
Finished Package
Invalid Medical ID
When reviewing regulator sales, the Status column may display Upload Failed.
Fix Individual Failed Sales
Navigate to Cashier > Sales across the top purple bar.
Select or filter sales with the Upload Failed status.
On the right side of the screen, select Resolve Metrc Sales Errors
Enter the correct Package ID or Med ID
Inventory items with an invalid package tag will be updated automatically to have the valid tag you enter the next time they are sold. Furthermore, fixing an invalid medical ID on a sale will also put the new, valid ID on the customer's record.
Select Repush to Metrc/BioTrack, and the sales will be pushed again.

Navigate to Cashier > Sales across the top purple bar.
Select or filter sales with the Upload Failed status.
In the upper right corner, select the orange Actions drop down menu, then select Fix Sales Errors
Inventory items with the invalid package tag will be updated to have the valid tag you enter automatically the next time they are sold. Furthermore, fixing an invalid medical ID on a sale will also put the new, valid ID on the customer's record
Select Repush to Metrc/BioTrack, and the sales will be pushed again.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if a package tag is marked as finished in Metrc?
Log in to Metrc to view or mark the package as unfinished. If the item is actually finished, adjust the inventory in Flowhub to match Metrc and more than likely there is a different package tag that should be associated with the sale that was made.
Do corrections update customer profiles automatically?
Yes. When a valid Medical ID is entered, the customer’s profile is automatically updated for future sales.
Can I see which sales failed before making corrections?
Yes. Failed sales display a status of Upload Failed in the Sales view under the Cashier menu.
