Flowhub Stash makes it quick and easy to audit your inventory using scan-to-count. Scan products with your iPhone camera, and Flowhub tracks the count and flags any discrepancies automatically.
The Stash app offers several ways to audit inventory:
Manual Audit (no scanner required)
This article covers how to complete a scan-to-count audit and approve any quantity changes.
Before you start, ensure you have the most recent version of the Stash for Flowhub Maui app. This feature requires an iPhone.

Complete a Scan-to-Count Audit
Open Stash for Maui on your phone.
Select Audit Inventory.
Select the Scan to Count toggle across the top of the screen.
Select the room you wish to audit.
Begin scanning your inventory with your iPhone camera. Flowhub keeps count of the items scanned.
There is no limit to the number of products or SKUs you can scan.
Swipe right to remove a product from the count.
Once the audit is complete, select Audit (X) Items at the bottom of the screen.
If the count is off, the Stash app will instruct you to submit a discrepancy.
Any items with the correct quantity are confirmed automatically.
Auto-Approve Discrepancy and Submit Package Adjustments to Biotrack/Metrc toggles display for users whose Role includes permission to approve discrepancies.
Auto-Approve Discrepancy: Skips the step of having to approve a discrepancy.
Submit Package Adjustments to Biotrack/Metrc: Submits the changes in real time to Metrc or Biotrack to update the quantities in Flowhub and your regulator at the same time.

Do I need a scanning sled or Nug device to use Scan to Count?
No. You can complete a scan-to-count audit using only your iPhone camera.
Can I scan products from multiple rooms in a single audit?
Each audit session is tied to the room you select in step 4. To audit another room, end the current audit and start a new one.
What happens if my count does not match the expected quantity?
Stash flags the item as a discrepancy. Depending on your Role permissions, you can auto-approve the discrepancy or route it for manager review.
Is there a limit on how many items I can scan?
No. There is no limit to the number of products or SKUs you can scan in a single audit session.
