Stash is an inventory management application that allows you to quickly move, transfer, and audit your inventory with the Nug. The scanning sled enables you to quickly scan a product to gather the necessary information to manage your inventory. The Flowhub Stash App offers several ways to audit inventory.

  1. Scan-to-Count Audit (sled scanner required)

  2. Manual Audit (no sled scanner required)

This article covers how to audit your inventory via the stash app via the scan-to-count feature and approve any quantity changes. The Scan-to-Count audit functionality enables employees to complete an inventory audit by scanning inventory into the Nug.

Before you start, ensure you have the most recent version of the Stash for Flowhub Maui app. This feature requires an iPhone scanner.

  1. Open Stash for Maui on your phone

  2. Select Audit Inventory

  3. Select the Scan to Count toggle across the top of the screen

  4. Select the room you wish to audit

  5. Start scanning your inventory with the Nug device. Flowhub will keep count of the items scanned.

    • There is no limit to the number of products or SKUs you scan.

    • Swipe right to delete a product from the count

  6. Once the audit is complete, select Audit (X) Items at the bottom of the screen

    • If the count is off, the Stash app will instruct you to submit a discrepancy

    • Any items with the correct quantity will be confirmed automatically

    • Auto-Approve Discrepancy & Submit Package Adjustments to Biotrack/Metrc toggles will appear for users who have access to Approve Discrepenaies in under their Role

      • Auto-Approve Discrepancy: Skips the step of having to approve a discrepancy

      • Submit Package Adjustments to Biotrack/Metrc: Submits the changes in real time to Metrc/Biotrack to update the quantities in Flowhub and your regulator at the same time

  7. End the audit or begin your next batch!
