Flowhub has a 2-way integration with the latest version of Metrc Connect (V2). Learn more about Metrc Connect.
To ensure seamless integration between your system and Metrc, both your staff’s access in Flowhub and their roles in Metrc must be configured correctly. In this guide, we’ll guide you through the required permissions in both systems so your team can sync inventory and sales data without interruption.
Set Permissions in Flowhub
Anyone on your team who needs to push sales to Metrc, pull inventory from Metrc, or view the Metrc tab needs the following permissions for their role in Flowhub:
To confirm or edit:
Sign in to Flowhub and navigate to Employees > Roles.
Select the role you need to edit and click Edit.
Under the Compliance section, make sure all four boxes are selected (Green).
If changes were made, save.
Set Permissions in Metrc:
Log in to Metrc
Select Admin > Employees.
If you don't see this menu, ask your Manager to finish this for you.
Select your name
Select Edit Employee
Make sure your team has the following permissions in Metrc:
Budtender:
Packages Page
Grids (req'd) - View
Inventory - Manage
Sales Menu
Sales - Manage
Search Menu (MD, MI, CO Med, and MT only)
Patient Status Lookup - View
Caregiver Status Lookup - View
Manager:
Packages Page
Grids (req'd) - View
Inventory - Manage
Create/Submit/Disc. - Manage
Transfers Menu
Licensed & External - View & Manage
Templates - Manage
Sales Menu
Sales - Manage
Reports Menu
All - View
Admin Menu
