Flowhub makes it easy to keep your Driver and Vehicle records aligned with Metrc. This sync ensures consistent data when transferring inventory between stores or creating delivery manifests that require Driver and Vehicle details.
In this article, we’ll guide you through syncing Drivers and Vehicles so your records stay accurate across both systems.
Enable Access to Drivers and Vehicles
If your store does not offer Delivery, you can still manage Drivers and Vehicles for transfers.
Navigate to Employees and open Roles.
Select the Role you use to manage inventory or compliance.
Add all Delivery permissions.
Save your changes.
💡 Tip: Adding Delivery permissions does not enable Flowhub Delivery. This access only allows you to manage Drivers and Vehicles for Transfers and Metrc syncing.
Sync Drivers Between Flowhub and Metrc
Driver records sync using the Employee ID field.
Navigate to Delivery.
Select the Drivers tab.
Select Sync Drivers.
During the sync:
Drivers that exist in Metrc but not in Flowhub are created in Flowhub.
Drivers that exist in Flowhub but not in Metrc (based on Employee ID) are created in Metrc for the active license.
Drivers with matching Employee IDs in both systems are linked and synced.
Sync Vehicles Between Flowhub and Metrc
Vehicle records sync using the License Plate field.
Navigate to Delivery.
Select the Vehicles tab.
Select Sync Vehicles.
During the sync:
Vehicles that exist in Metrc but not in Flowhub are created in Flowhub.
Vehicles that exist in Flowhub but not in Metrc (based on License Plate) are created in Metrc for the active license.
Vehicles with matching License Plates in both systems are linked and synced.

No. You can manage Drivers and Vehicles for Transfers without offering Delivery, as long as you have Delivery permissions.
