Maui: Shifts (Clock In/Out) for Employees

This article describes how to use the Shifts feature to clock in and out.

Employee work hours can be tracked with Flowhub Maui's Shifts feature. This feature is optional, so you may want to check with a supervisor or manager to see if the location you are at is using this feature. Special Note:

Shifts are store-specific. If employees switch between stores during their shift, they should clock in and out of the same store.

Clocking In

  1. First, log in to Flowhub Maui.

  2. When logged in, select your initials in the upper right corner to clock in:

  3. Select "Clock In" to clock in and begin your shift.

  4. You will be prompted to enter your PIN. The PIN entered must be of the Employee that is clocking in. If your PIN needs to be reset, please follow our instructions in this article here.

  5. Once your PIN has been entered, you have clocked in and your shift has started. Your shift start time will display with your user details when your initials are selected in the upper right corner:

Clocking Out

Special Note: Shifts are store-specific. If you work at multiple locations, you must clock out at the first location before you can clock in to the second location.

  1. To clock out for a shift, select your initials in the upper right corner, and select "Clock Out."

  2. You will be prompted to enter your PIN. The PIN entered must be of the Employee that is clocking in. If your PIN needs to be reset, please follow our instructions in this article here.

Viewing Your Shifts

In Maui, you can view all of your shift history, including open shifts. To access this, follow the steps below.

  1. Use the pop-out menu on the left side to navigate to "Employees."

  2. Select "Shifts" from the purple bar at the top if you have access to other submenus in Employees. Otherwise, you'll be brought directly to the "Shifts" page:

  3. All shifts will display here, whether they are open, closed, or have been edited/deleted by your management team. You can filter by date, and by Store.

  4. If you have an open shift, you can clock out by selecting the shift from the table, then selecting "Clock Out" from this view. You'll be prompted to enter your PIN - the PIN entered must be of the employee that is clocking out.
