Your password grants access to your dispensary’s system and must remain secure. In this guide, we’ll take you through the simple steps to reset your password so you can regain access and get back to work quickly.
Reset Your Password
In your browser, navigate to app.flowhub.com.
On the login page, click Don’t remember your password?
Enter the email address associated with your employee account.
Click Send Email.
Open the password-reset email you receive from noreply@flowhub.com (subject: “Flowhub Maui Account Setup”), then copy the temporary password included in it.
Return to the login page, enter your email address and paste the temporary password.
You’ll be prompted to create a new permanent password—enter it twice, select reset password to save it, and you’re logged in.
💡 Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes.
