Once your Loyalty Pass template is ready, the next step is to get the passes into your customers' hands (or on their phones). You can do this one-on-one at checkout or in bulk using customer segments.
Option 1: Distribute In-Store (One-to-One)
This is the simplest way to get customers started right away while they’re shopping with you.
During checkout, with the customer checked in and their cart open in Cashier, locate the loyalty options in the upper left of the screen.
Click Enroll in Loyalty.
Enter the customer’s phone number and email address.
Select the Loyalty Pass checkbox and click Complete Enrollment.
Flowhub will send the customer an email with a Loyalty Pass wallet link.
If the customer is already enrolled, you can send or resend their wallet link from the cart at any time.
💡 TIP: Encourage your team to offer the pass conversationally at checkout, e.g.
“Would you like to add our Loyalty Pass? You’ll get exclusive deals and points delivered to your phone.”
Option 2: Distribute in Bulk (Using Segments)
Bulk distribution is a great way to reach larger groups all at once.
In Flowhub’s menu, go to Marketing > Segments.
Select the customer segment you want to target.
Click Send Loyalty Pass Invites.
Review the recipient list and preview the invite email.
Click Send Invites.
Flowhub will send wallet pass emails to customers in that segment who are enrolled in Loyalty and have an email on file.
💡 TIP: An email address is required for a customer to receive their Loyalty Pass invite.
Option 3: Self-Serve Loyalty Signup (QR Code or Link)
Self-Serve Loyalty Signup allows customers to enroll themselves in your loyalty program using a QR code or shareable link, without staff assistance.
This option is ideal for driving loyalty adoption through in-store signage and digital marketing channels, and works especially well when paired with a clear incentive (such as earning points or receiving a first-time deal).
In Flowhub Maui, navigate to Marketing > Passes
Select Pass Wallet Link
Choose one of the following options:
Download the QR code as a PNG or SVG for printed or digital materials
Copy the signup link to use in emails, websites, text messages, or social posts
Both options link to the same Loyalty Pass signup page.
When customers scan the QR code, they will be directed to a sign-up page.
After the customer enters their email and phone number, a loyalty pass will be generated and added to their phone's wallet.
The pass added to the customer's wallet will not be added to the customer's profile in Flowhub until the customer is checked into the store and the pass is scanned. The Name Mary Jane will be the customer's anonymous name until the pass is scanned.

Can I send a pass to a customer who’s already enrolled?
Yes — you can resend their wallet link at any time from the loyalty section of the cart at checkout.
Do all customers in a segment always get the pass email?
No — only those enrolled in Loyalty with a valid email address on file will receive the email.
Can I send the pass via text message?
At this time, the pass can only be sent via email or scanned via QR code. If you have a 3rd party texting system, you could text the QR code or link out to customers to add the loyalty pass to their wallet.
