Flowhub Loyalty Passes make it quick and easy to reward your customers and keep them coming back. In this article, we’ll guide you through setting up, sharing, and using Loyalty Passes so your team can strengthen customer relationships and increase sales.
Customize Your Pass
In Flowhub, go to Marketing > Passes.
Select Edit Pass Template.
Upload your logo and icon to match your brand.
Pick your colors and background.
Add customer details to display on the pass, such as:
Name
Email
Loyalty points
⚠️ Tip: Keep the default barcode settings. This ensures that pass-only deals work correctly.
Share Passes with Customers
Decide how to distribute your pass:
In-store: At checkout, enroll a customer and email their download link.
Bulk send: From Marketing > Segments, choose a group and click Send Loyalty Pass Invites.
2. To resend a pass, at checkout, click the Resend Pass button in the top left.
Send a Push Notification
From Marketing > Segments, select your audience.
Click New Message to write a short, engaging message.
Personalize with tags, such as:
{{.Name}}
= customer’s first name{{.LoyaltyBal}}
= customer’s loyalty balance
Click Send Message.
Create a Pass-Only Deal
Go to Deals > New Deal.
Enter the reward details (example: 25% off the cart)
Scroll to Loyalty Pass Settings and check Requires Loyalty Pass.
Click Save As Activate.

To grant employees access to Loyalty Pass features, make sure all CRM Segment permissions are enabled in their role permissions. Once these permissions are turned on, anyone in that role will be able to view and manage Loyalty Pass activities.
