Flowhub Maui will fix sales, inventory, or Med IDs when Metrc rejects the sales due to a:
Invalid Package Tag
Finished Package
Invalid Medical Id
When reviewing your Metrc Sales, the status might state "Upload Failed".
To fix failed sales individually:
Navigate to "Cashier" then "Sales" across the purple bar at the top
Select the sale that has the status "Upload Failed"
On the right side of the screen, select "Resolve Metrc Sales Errors"
Enter the correct Package ID or Med ID
Inventory items with the invalid package tag will be updated to have the valid tag you enter automatically the next time they are sold. Furthermore, fixing an invalid medical ID on a sale will also put the new, valid ID on the customer's record.
Select "Repush to Metrc" and the sales will be pushed again.
To fix failed sales in bulk:
Navigate to "Cashier" then "Sales" across the purple bar at the top
Select the "Actions" button then "Fix Sales Errors"
Enter the correct Package ID, Med ID, or select the box "Unfinish Pkg Tag in Metrc"
Inventory items with the invalid package tag will be updated to have the valid tag you enter automatically the next time they are sold. Furthermore, fixing an invalid medical ID on a sale will also put the new, valid ID on the customer's record
Select "Repush to Metrc" and the sales will be pushed again.
Note for Vermont users -- this works to resolve issues with invalid Registration Numbers.
