You can integrate your scale directly with Maui on your Windows machine so that you and your budtenders can accurately price bulk flower. This article will guide you through setting up and using these scales.
Flowhub supports two USB scales for integration:
A&D FX12
A&D FX300
These scales also require an additional component: a USB interface card to allow a USB connection to your computer.
Scale integration is only available for Windows machines (not available for Mac or iPad).

Setup
Connected the USB interface to the back of your scale, then use a USB cable to connect the scale to your computer.
With the Maui app open, and a cart with a Bulk Flower item in it, turn on the scale and place an item on the scale.
Once the weight stabilizes, place your cursor into the quantity field in the Cart.
Hit the print button on the scale.
The weight from the scale will appear in the Quantity field in the cart.
Troubleshooting
If you have trouble with your scale, try some of the troubleshooting steps below. If you continue to have problems with your scale, please get in touch with our hardware partner Barcodes or the scale manufacturer for assistance.
Check the USB connections on the back of the scale and the computer.
Turn the printer off and back on.
Recalibrate the scale. Please see the manual for instructions on how to recalibrate your scale.
Flowhub Classic / Flowhub Cashier
If you are running Flowhub Cashier 1.0, or using Flowhub Classic with the Flowhub Cashier App, the steps above will allow you to integrate a scale with your system.
