The Order Ahead Status page helps your team track online orders from the moment they arrive until the transaction is complete. This guide will explain how to navigate the page and understand the meaning of each status, enabling you to manage incoming orders with confidence.
Navigate to the Order Ahead Status Page
Navigate to Cashier in Flowhub Maui.
Select Order Ahead from the purple bar at the top.
The status page will display all active and completed online orders organized by time and status.

Understand the Order Ahead Statuses
Each order displays a real-time status to help you easily prioritize work. The following statuses may appear:
New
The order has been submitted online and is ready for your team to review.
No action has been taken yet.
In Progress
A budtender has selected Start Order.
The team is actively preparing items for the customer.
Ready for Pickup
All items have been added to the cart and saved.
The order is fully prepared and waiting for the customer to arrive.
Delivery Statuses
If your store offers delivery, additional statuses will be listed here.
Ready for Delivery
All items have been added to the cart and are ready for the delivery driver to leave the store.
Out for Delivery
The driver has left the store with the ordered items for the customer.
Delivered
The order was successfully delivered
Delivery Failed
The driver was unable to successfully deliver the order.
Page Features and Tools
The status page includes several tools to help you efficiently manage incoming orders.
Filters
Filter by Rec, Med, Pickup, Delivery, Kiosk, Walk-In, or Lounge to quickly locate orders.
Filtering helps during rush periods or shift changes.
Search
Use the search bar to locate orders by:
Customer name
Budtender name
Printer Icon
Use to print order tickets for all orders in that status
Time Duration
Order Ahead utilizes a stoplight system to visually indicate the duration an order has been in the system. The green, yellow, and red dots highlight this.
Green: The order has been in the system for less than one hour.
Yellow: The order has been in the system for 1 to 2:59 hours.
Red: The order will be highlighted in red if it has been in the system for longer than 3 hours.
Minimize Status Bars
Minimize a status by selecting the status title. This allows your staff to see only the areas you want to focus on.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Why does an order disappear from the list?
Check your filters. Completed or canceled orders will not appear on the Order Ahead Status Page.
Are Order Ahead statuses reported to Metrc?
Only the completed sale is reported. Status updates themselves are not sent to Metrc.
