This article describes how to add customers to tables when using the Lounge workflow in Flowhub Maui.

Assign guests to tables so you can track each person’s tab while they enjoy lounge service.


Add a Customer to a Table

  1. Navigate to the Cashier tab in Maui

  2. Begin by checking in a customer.

    • You can scan their ID using the Greet app or search/create their customer profile manually.

  3. With the customer in the Queue, click the three-dot menu next to their name and select Add to Table.

  4. Either choose an existing table or create a new one. Give the table a name so staff can identify it.

    1. An existing table name will appear in the drop-down menu

Note: If a customer is assigned to the wrong table, click their name in the Queue while their cart is open, then use the three-dot menu to re-assign them to a different table.
