A banner is an image that can be uploaded in full- or half-page width. When clicked, a banner can bring a customer to a filtered list of inventory associated with that banner.
To ensure proper formatting on the kiosk, a banner must be uploaded in one of the following sizes and file types:
Full-width: 2560x300px | Half-width: 1274x300px
Filetypes: PNG with optional transparency layer or JPG
Banners rotate in a carousel format, displaying up to 8 banners, each for 10 seconds at a time.

Banner Setup
First, in Flowhub Maui, navigate to Kiosk -> Customize -> Banners
Banner Details:
Select NEW BANNER to create a new banner, or choose from a list of pre-uploaded banners.
Give the banner a descriptive name
Banner Image:
Upload your banner image.
Full-width: 2560x300px | Half-width: 1274x300px
Filetypes: PNG with optional transparency layer or JPG
Product Selection:
To make the banner interactive, use the filters, price and sort options to customize which products will be shown when a customer clicks on a banner. If nothing is selected, clicking on a banner will take the customer to a list of all inventory.
Banner Cycle:
Drag and drop the banners into the order desired to cycle on the page.
Half-width banners stacked on top of one another on the list will display next to each other on rotation.
Hiding a banner will prevent it from being displayed on your kiosks, but it will save the banner's details in the dropdown list in Banner Details for a later date.
Once a banner is added, and customization is complete, press save and refresh the kiosk to see the changes.
