Using Kiosk

This article describes how customers can use a Flowhub Maui Kiosk at your dispensary.

This article describes how your customers will use Kiosk to place in-store orders at your dispensary. Our setup guide for enabling Kiosk can be found in this article here.

Login Page

  1. Select the Kiosk App on your iPad or other device or navigate to kiosk.flowhub.com.

  2. Log in with the Kiosk Username and Password you set up for this device.

    • This is not the same login as the one you use for app.flowhub.com. Instructions on setting up logins for Kiosk can be found here.

  3. You'll be taken to the "Order Here" page. The Kiosk is now ready for customers to use to place an order.

Order Here Page

  • The Customer will select "Tap to Shop" anywhere on the Order Here page to view the product listing page to view items available for purchase.

Adding Items to Cart

  • Customers can search for items, filter by Category, Strain Species, Terpenes, or Prices on Kiosk.

  • The Customer can select any Product listing on the page to view more details about the Product. Any Images and Descriptions on your Products in Flowhub Maui will be visible here.

  • For items that are sold by weight, the customer is prompted to select which weight unit they're purchasing:

  • Should an item not have a picture, Flowhub has a default weed leaf picture that will be displayed.

Checking Out a Cart and Fulfilling a Kiosk Order

  1. Once the cart is ready, select the cart icon in the upper right corner to view the items in the cart and finish the transaction.

  2. The Customer will be brought to a page where they will be prompted to enter their Name and Phone Number.

  3. Selecting "My Info is Correct" will prompt the Kiosk to see if this Name and Phone Number matches an existing Customer record in your Flowhub Maui Customer Database who's checked into the store Customer Queue.

    • Should Flowhub not find a match, the customer can proceed to check out as a guest, and will be taken through a flow to create a customer account and join the Loyalty Program if applicable:

  • If the Customer opts to skip entering their email address at this stage, they won't receive an email confirmation letting them know when their order is ready.

  • If an email address is entered, it will be saved to the Customer's profile in Flowhub.

Fufilling Kiosk Orders in Flowhub Maui

Once an order is placed at a Kiosk, it will appear in the Store's Order Ahead tab in Cashier with the "Kiosk" tag:

Kiosk Orders can be managed like any other Order Ahead order in Flowhub.

  1. Select the Order to view the products in the order.

  2. When the Order has been fulfilled, select "Mark Order As Ready." The customer will be notified via email

  3. The customer can now check out and finish the transaction.

A customer that checks out as a guest can be attached to a customer in the queue by the Budtender selecting PICKUP on the customer name in the customer queue on the Maui app, then associating the profile to the Kiosk order:
