Stash is an inventory management application that allows you to quickly move, transfer, and audit your inventory with the Nug. The scanning sled lets you quickly scan a product to gather the necessary information to manage your inventory. The Flowhub Stash App offers several ways to audit inventory.

  1. Scan-to-Count Audit (sled scanner required)

  2. Manual Audit (no sled scanner required)

This article covers how to manually audit your inventory via the stash app and approve any quantity changes.

Before you start, ensure you have the most recent version of the Stash for Flowhub Maui app. This feature does not require an iPhone scanner.

How to Audit Your Inventory in Stash:

  1. Launch the Stash App.

  2. Select Audit Inventory. This screen will show products in order by the Last Audit date.

  3. Press the camera button on the screen of the iPhone device to scan a product's SKU or package tag. You can also search by product, room, name, or package tag.

  4. Once you select the product, choose Audit Item.

  5. Now, count your physical inventory.

  6. If the physical count of your inventory matches the inventory in the Stash app, choose Confirm.

  7. If your inventory's physical count does not match that in the Stash app, choose QTY IS OFF.

    • If the count is off, enter the correct/new quantity, a reason for the discrepancy, and a note.

    • Auto-Approve Discrepancy & Submit Package Adjustments to Biotrack/Metrc toggles will appear for users who have access to Approve Discrepenaies in under their Role

      • Auto-Approve Discrepancy: Skips the step of having to approve a discrepancy

      • Submit Package Adjustments to Biotrack/Metrc: Submits the changes in real time to Metrc/Biotrack to update the quantities in Flowhub and your regulator at the same time

    • Once information is entered, select "Submit Discrepancy."

Approving Discrepancies:

  1. When you log into the Stash App, any discrepancies awaiting approval will show at the top of your screen.

  2. Select the notifications.

  3. You'll see all discrepancies ready for review.

  4. "Approve" or "Reject" the discrepancy.

Please note: in order to be able to approve or reject discrepancies in the Stash app you must have the Manage Inventory permission enabled. To enable this permission, contact your system administrator.
