Your Flowhub billing portal lets you pay everything you owe in one step, or pay invoices one at a time. In this article, we'll walk through both, plus how to set up autopay and download invoices for your records. You can log in to the billing portal here.
đĄ Tip: New to the portal? Start with Set Up Your Billing Portal Account.
Pay Your Full Balance
Use this to clear every open invoice at once, across all the locations you have access to.
Log in to the billing portal.
On the Overview page, review your balance.
Select Pay now.
Select a saved payment method, or add a new one.
Confirm and submit your payment.
Pay a Single Invoice
Select Invoices in the left menu.
Use the filters at the top to find the invoice, such as Due or Overdue.
Select the arrow next to the invoice to open it.
Select Pay this invoice.
Enter how much you'd like to pay if it's less than the total invoice.
Select a payment method and submit your payment.
đĄ Tip: Each invoice shows its issue date, due date, and payment terms (for example, Net 15 or Net 30), along with the location each line item belongs to.
Pay with a Link from Flowhub
Flowhub can send you a secure payment link for your full balance or a single invoice. Open the link and pay by card or ACH. You don't need to log in. Chat with us or email help@flowhub.com for a link.
Payment links expire after 30 days.
The link charges your balance at the moment you pay, so it's always up to date.
Set Up Autopay
Autopay is the easiest way to make sure an invoice never goes past due.
Select Payment methods in the left menu.
Add a payment method.
Select Use as my default method for autopay.
Save. Future invoices are paid automatically on their due date.
Download Invoices and Statements
Invoices: select PDF next to any invoice, or open it and select Download PDF. If you have several locations, switch between By location and Consolidated views.
Statements: select Statements in the left menu to see your billing history by location and period, and download each as a PDF.
Payments: select Payments to see what you've paid.

The pay link in my invoice PDF asks me to log in.

I paid, but my balance hasn't updated.

I paid, but I still see an overdue notice in Flowhub.
Notices clear once your payment is confirmed. If it's still showing after your payment appears in the portal, email billing@flowhub.com or contact your Customer Success Manager.
Invoices are going to the wrong person.
You can see who receives invoices on the Notifications page, but changes are made by Flowhub. Email billing@flowhub.com with the right name, email address, and location.
Who do I contact with billing questions?
Email billing@flowhub.com.
Success! đ You can now pay your full balance or a single invoice, set up autopay, and keep your records handy.
