Frequently Asked Questions

Do cash drawers plug directly into Flowhub?

  • No. Drawers connect to (and are triggered by) compatible receipt printers. Ensure your drawer/printer is on the supported list and configure the drawer to eject after sales.

Which label printer works with an iPad?

  • Zebra ZD410/ZD411 via Bluetooth/USB; if using Wi-Fi, you’ll need a Windows device for the initial network setup. Avoid UK-only ZD411 models (PN: zd4a022-d0em00ez).

What scale should I buy for deli-style flower?

  • Windows: A&D FX1200/FX300 (with USB interface card). iPad: Star MG-S322.

Can I mix layouts (e.g., Bank + Kiosk)?

  • Yes. Many stores operate hybrid layouts, providing enough assisted checkout to support kiosk traffic during peak periods.

Who supports the hardware if something breaks?

  • Software issues: Flowhub Support.

  • Hardware: Venture Sourcing Group or the original manufacturer/retailer.
