Generate a Gift Card Report
Navigate to Analytics
Search by keyword Gift Card across the top search field
Gift Cards and Sold Gift Cards are two reports specific to gift cards
Gift Cards - A report of all gift cards sold.
Sold Gift Cards - Transactions listed out by each gift card sold. This report contains ONLY gift cards.
Other reports will also include gift card information.
Set Report Filters
Choose the Date Range to view activity for a specific time period.
Apply filters such as Location, Employee, or Transaction Type (Sale, Reload, Redemption).
View
Select View to generate data.
The report will display all gift card activity within the selected range.
Download Results
Use the Download option to download results as a CSV or PDF.
Select Print for a physical copy to file or review with management.
💡 Tip: Schedule reports by clicking on the clock icon to run weekly or monthly to monitor performance trends and identify top reloading or redemption periods.
Understanding the Gift Card Report
The report includes:
Card Code/SKU: Unique identifier for each gift card.
Transaction Type: Sale, reload, redemption, or balance check.
Pre-Tax Price: Value of each transaction.
Remaining Balance: Balance left on each card after transactions.
Date/Time: When the transaction occurred.
Employee: Who processed the transaction.
