Enable the Cannabis Lounge Workflow

Flowhub's Cannabis Lounge mode makes it quick and easy to run a restaurant-style service flow in your dispensary. This article covers how to enable the lounge workflow so your team can use table assignments, tabs, and multiple orders per guest.

The Cannabis Lounge workflow turns your Flowhub Maui POS into a table-service system. Instead of the standard walk-in checkout flow, lounge mode lets your staff assign guests to tables, open running tabs, and place multiple orders per visit. Enabling this mode does not change your regular POS workflow. It adds lounge-specific features alongside your existing setup. If your dispensary is already up and running and you want to add a Cannabis Lounge, you will need a second location added to your Maui environment. Contact your account representative or the Product Support team to get this set up before proceeding.

πŸ“ Note: The Cannabis Lounge workflow must be enabled by Flowhub on the backend. You cannot turn it on yourself in Maui settings.
