Instead of the standard walk-in checkout flow, lounge mode lets your staff assign guests to tables, open running tabs, and place multiple orders per visit. If your dispensary is already up and running and you want to add a Cannabis Lounge, you will need a second location added to your Maui environment. Contact your account representative or the Product Support team to get this set up before proceeding.

If you are adding a Cannabis Lounge to an existing dispensary, let them know you will also need a second location added to your Maui environment
Wait for confirmation from Flowhub that the workflow has been enabled on your account.
Once enabled, the Tables and lounge-order features will appear in your Maui POS

Limitations
Before enabling the Cannabis Lounge workflow, review the limitations below to confirm it fits your store setup.
π Note: A lounge cannot operate alongside Kiosk or ecommerce in the same location. If your business runs both a storefront and a lounge with either of these tools, you will need a separate store for each.
A lounge cannot be used in the same location as a Kiosk or ecommerce.
If your storefront uses ecommerce of any kind (Flowhub or third-party), the lounge must be set up as a separate store.
Storefronts and lounges that share a location must be configured as two separate stores and two separate cases.
If you use Flowhub Pay, the storefront and the lounge each need their own payment terminal.
