Managing Your Billing in Flowhub for Single-Store Clients

Learn how to view and manage your subscription billing in Flowhub, including invoices, payment methods, balances, and subscription details.

If you manage a single-location dispensary, you can now view and manage billing directly inside the Flowhub app.

This feature gives you visibility and control over your invoices, payment methods, and subscription details without leaving Flowhub.

⚠️ Note: Billing management is currently available only for single-location accounts. Multi-location accounts do not yet have access to in-app billing.

What You Can Do in the Billing Section

From Account > Billing, clients with the Billing permission can:

  • View your current subscription plan

  • See your balance and invoice due date

  • Pay invoices with a stored payment method

  • Print or download invoices (current and past) for your records

  • Add, update, or delete payment methods, including setting auto-pay preferences

What You Can’t Do

Some actions still require contacting Flowhub Support. In the Billing section, you cannot:

  • Change or cancel your subscription plan

  • Add new store locations

  • Start trials of new features directly

How to Enable Billing Access

Anyone with the ability to Edit Role permissions can turn on Billing access for themselves or their team.
