Billing Portal Instructions and FAQ

This article explains how to access and use Flowhub’s billing portal.

This article provides an overview of how to access and use Flowhub’s billing portal. You can access the billing portal by logging in here.

Setup the Portal

  1. Receive an Invite from the Flowhub billing team. Flowhub automatically sets up billing contacts when your account is created and gets sent to the email address that signed up for the Flowhub account.

  2. Once you receive the portal invite, please accept the invitation and set your password. (password must include special characters, accepted characters are: !,@,&).

  3. If you do not receive the invitation email, please check your spam folder and reach out to billing@flowhub.com if you still haven't received anything.

Note: If your email address is on the billing account, you can create a portal account. Please note that if your email address is not associated with a billing account, it will not allow you to create a portal account. If this is the case for you, please reach out to billing@flowhub.com.

View all Invoices

  1. Log in to your portal account.

  2. On the home screen, select “View All Invoices.”

  3. The portal defaults the oldest invoices first; to filter the most recent invoices first, select bold “Invoice Number” twice.

Note: If there are any outstanding invoices, there will be an option to pay the invoice(s).

Add a New Payment Card to Your Portal

  1. On the home screen, at the top of the window, select the “Payments” tab.

  2. Then, select the “Manage Payment Methods” tab.

  3. Next, select the “ + Add New Payment Method.”

  4. In the pop-up, fill in your card information and then select "submit".

Note: If you want to make this the default payment method, please find the card you’ve just added in the “Manage Payment Methods” window. Then select the pencil icon and select “Set as default.”*

Setup or Remove a Payment Card from Autopay

  1. On the home screen, at the top of the window, select the “Payments” tab.

  2. Then, select the “Manage Autopay” tab.

  3. Select “Enroll in Auto-pay” or “Disable Auto-pay.”

Note: When enrolling in autopay, it will use the default payment method card. To see which card is the default payment method, select the “payments” tab and then the” manage payment method.” This will show you which card is on autopay.

Make a Payment

  1. On the home screen, at the top of the window, select the “Payments” tab.

  2. Then, select the “Make a payment” tab.

  3. Select “Outstanding Balance” or “Select An Invoice To Pay.”

  4. Select which card you would like to make a payment from and if you would like credits on account to be applied, then select “Next” and process the payment.

Switch between Billing Accounts.

These instructions are for portal accounts that have multiple dispensary locations utilizing Flowhub.

  1. On the home screen near the top right corner, select the down arrow icon next to your email address to view all accounts.

Note: Depending on how your account is billed, the invoices will either be on the parent account or each location.

Managing Billing Contacts

  1. On the home screen, select the setting button in the top right corner.

  2. Select Account information.

  3. Select the “Contacts” tab.

  4. Next, select “+ Add a contact” and fill out the desired information for the contact.

  5. Select “Submit.”

Add an Email Address to Receive Invoices

  1. On the home screen, select the setting button in the top right corner.

  2. Select Account information.

  3. Under account details, fill in the email addresses that you would like to receive invoices.

  4. Select “Update Information.”

FAQ:

How do I get signed up for the portal?

If you are actively getting invoices from Flowhub to your email, you can create an account on your own. If this is not the case for you, you will need to reach out to Billing@flowhub.com to have an email added to your account, and an invite will be sent to you.

The portal won’t let me use the password that I want.

When creating a password, the billing portal is a little picky about certain special characters. To fix this issue, use common special characters like !,@,&.

I can’t reset my password.

When resetting your password, check your spam folder for the reset password email. If this still isn’t the case for you, please reach out to Billing@flowhub.com, and we will reset your password.

Is my login for the Flowhub Point of Sale the same as my portal?

Unfortunately, these systems are different and require different passwords.

I never received my portal invite.

Check your spam folder as the invite will sometimes go there. If you still haven’t received your portal invite, please contact us at Billing@flowhub.com.
