This article explains how to access and use Flowhub’s billing portal.

This article provides an overview of accessing and using Flowhub’s billing portal. You can access the billing portal by logging in here.

The Customer Portal is a secure site for you to view, pay your invoices, and manage payment methods

Setup the Portal

Receive an Invitation from the Flowhub billing team. Please note that invitations are valid for 72 hours only. Once it expires, please request a new invite. Flowhub automatically sets up billing contacts when your account is created and gets sent to the email address that signed up for the Flowhub account.

  1. Select the link in the email to register for the Customer Portal and set a password.

  2. Select Confirm in the confirmation email received.

  3. Log into your Customer Portal after confirming your portal invite. Bookmark the Customer Portal for future reference.

Portal Dashboard

All related calculations and dates listed are based on US Eastern Time Zone.

Portal Dashboard Header

When an invoice is available to pay, the header displays the Account Balance, Last Paid, and Make Payment buttons.

Note: You can create a portal account if your email address is on the billing account. Please note that if your email address is not associated with a billing account, you cannot create a portal account. If this is the case for you, please reach out to billing@flowhub.com.

Invoices and Credits

Invoices

  1. Select the Invoices tab to view invoice history, including invoice ID, invoice date, due date, total, status, and any invoice attachments.

  2. Select the PDF icon to view the complete invoice details.

  3. Select View Last Invoice from the Customer Portal header to view the most recent invoice.

Credits

Select the Credits tab to view credit history, which includes credit ID, credit date, amount, balance, currency, and reference.

Payments

Select the Payments tab to view payment history, including payment ID, payment date, payment method, amount, and status.

Note: If there are any outstanding invoices, you will be able to pay the invoice(s).

Make a Payment

  1. Select Make a Payment on the Portal dashboard

  2. Select the payment method.

  3. Select Add Payment Method or use a saved payment.

  4. Select the checkboxes next to the invoice(s) to pay.

  5. Review payment selections on the Review page.

  6. A Success page appears once a payment is submitted.

Autopay Future Invoices

Toggle Autopay Future Invoices on when adding a payment method to pay future invoices automatically.

Manage Payment Methods

Under My account, you can manage saved payment methods by adding, deleting, and changing payment defaults. Your gateway settings determine the payment methods that can be added. This feature is now available for payments processed through PayArc.

Set Default Payment Method

Toggle on Set As Default next to the desired payment method.

Delete Payment Method

Select the trashcan or Delete next to the desired payment method.

Manage Account

Basic user information retrieved from the Contact record in Ordway is displayed.

To view your account, select the user icon and select My account.

Content is read-only with the exception of Manage Payment Methods and Change Password.

Change Password

  1. Select Change Password to update your password.

  2. Enter a new password and select Save.

Forgot Password

  1. Access the Customer Portal.

  2. Select Forgot Password to reset a password.

  3. Enter your email address and password.

  4. Select Confirm.

FAQ

How do I get signed up for the portal?

If you are actively getting invoices from Flowhub to your email, you can create an account on your own. If this is not the case for you, you will need to reach out to Billing@flowhub.com to have an email added to your account, and an invite will be sent to you.

The portal won’t let me use the password that I want.

The billing portal is a bit picky about certain special characters when creating a password. To fix this issue, use common special characters like !,@, and.

I can’t reset my password.

Check your spam folder for the reset password email when resetting your password. If this still isn’t the case, please contact Billing@flowhub.com, and we will reset your password.

Is my login for the Flowhub Point of Sale the same as my portal?

Unfortunately, these systems are different and require different passwords.

I never received my portal invite.

Check your spam folder as the invite will sometimes go there. If you still haven’t received your portal invite, please contact us at Billing@flowhub.com.
