Loyalty programs are a powerful tool for retaining customers and increasing engagement. Tracking loyalty activity helps dispensary teams monitor customer participation, optimize promotions, and ensure accurate point balances.

Flowhub provides three key loyalty reports to help you analyze and manage your loyalty program effectively.

Loyalty Reports Overview

1. Customers Loyalty Report

A customer-focused report that provides insights into loyalty-subscribed customers.

What you can do with this report:

  • View all customers enrolled in the loyalty program.

  • Filter by sign-up date to track new loyalty members over time.

  • See total point accruals and spending history in one place.

πŸ’‘ Use this report when you want to analyze customer-level loyalty activity and overall participation trends.

2. Loyalty Changes Report

A detailed report tracking all changes made to customer loyalty points over time, including manual adjustments.

What you can do with this report:

  • See every point adjustment across all customers.

  • Track manual changes made by dispensary employees or data adjustments by Flowhub.

  • Identify trends in loyalty usage to improve program accuracy.

πŸ’‘ Use this report when you need a full audit of all loyalty point changes, including manual edits and system updates.

3. Loyalty Transactions Report

A transaction-based report that focuses on loyalty point accruals and redemptions directly tied to sales.

Note: This report only applies to Flowhub Loyalty and does not apply to third-party loyalty programs. You will not see this report in your Analytics tab if you use a third-party tool for loyalty points.

What you can do with this report:

  • Track loyalty points earned or redeemed through purchases.

  • Understand how customers engage with loyalty incentives at checkout.

  • Optimize promotions based on real transaction data.

πŸ’‘ Use this report when you need to analyze loyalty interactions specifically tied to sales transactions.

Which Loyalty Report Should I Use?

Not sure which loyalty report is best for your needs? Here’s a quick guide:

  • Use the Customers Loyalty Report if you want to see all customers enrolled in your loyalty program, track new signups, and review total point balances in one place.

  • Use the Loyalty Changes Report when you need a full history of all loyalty point changes, including manual adjustments made by employees or system updates.

  • Use the Loyalty Transactions Report to track loyalty points earned and redeemed through sales transactions, helping you measure customer engagement and optimize promotions.

πŸ’‘ Tip: These reports work best when used together! For example, run the Loyalty Transactions Report to see how customers redeem points, then check the Loyalty Changes Report for a full history of adjustments.
