Edit a Sale

This article will walk through how to edit a sale to change the employee, customer, or payment type/amount.

In Flowhub, we can edit a sale after it was made. This can happen anytime, whether it has been days, weeks, months, etc. There are three core areas that we can edit:

  • Budtender who made the sale

  • Customer the sale was made to

  • Payment Method/Amount


  1. Navigate to the Cashier tab

  2. Select Sales across the purple bar at the top

  3. Search for the sale you would like to edit, select the sale

  4. Use the purple actions dropdown in the upper right corner to see our options with this sale

  5. Select Edit

  6. Now we can edit:

    • Who made the sale

    • The customer the sale was made to

    • The payment method/amount

  7. Below is an example of changing the payment method from Cash to Debit

  8. All changes will be reflected in analytics right away and under the report titled "Transaction Adjustments."
