Import a Product from the Global Product Catalog
Create or Edit a Product
Navigate to the Products section in Flowhub under Inventory.
Choose to create a new product or edit an existing one.
Open the Catalog Import Option
Select the "Import from Catalog" link located next to the Product Name field:
Search the Catalog
Enter the product name in the search bar to locate the item you wish to import.
To view only items with images, toggle on "Only Products with Images."
Once the desired product appears, click SELECT.
4. Select Fields to Import
Review the global product fields available for import, such as product name, brand, description, and strain species.
Choose the fields to import. All fields are editable after import.
Click IMPORT to proceed.
5. Review and Edit Imported Fields
Imported fields will be highlighted in blue, indicating they are linked to the global catalog.
To unlink or edit a specific field, modify it directly. The blue highlight will disappear upon editing.
