The inventory log is a powerful tool designed to provide you with enhanced visibility into all operations performed on your inventory items. Whether you need to track down a discrepancy or want to review past actions, the Inventory Log has you covered.
What is the Inventory Log?
The Inventory Log allows you to easily view all operations related to a specific product's inventory items. It provides a comprehensive overview of actions such as Sales, Audits, Discrepancies, Moves, Edits, and Creates, enabling you to understand when and how changes to your inventory occurred.
Key Features:
Running Total: See a running total of package tag-specific quantities and total quantity across packages for the selected product/variant.
Detailed Information: Each row in the table represents a specific action taken on an inventory item, displaying package-specific and total quantities resulting from the action and the specific change in quantity (delta).
Customization: Change the date range and utilize the search bar to find specific SKUs, package tags, or employees associated with the inventory actions.
Note:
To support this feature, we've made some changes in how data is stored. While data in the Inventory Log will be complete going forward, it cannot be used to go back in time past January 1, 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured that you'll have access to comprehensive and accurate inventory tracking data moving forward.
Use the Inventory Log:
Navigate to the main inventory tab in your Flowhub account.
Select Log from the top navigation bar.
Hit "Select A Product" to open the product selection tool.
Choose the product you'd like to view.
Optionally, adjust the date range and use the search bar for further customization.
