Location and Customer-based pricing can be done if you have two or more locations within your account or Customer Groups created. This feature allows you to create a specific price on the same product depending on the location or customer group (Veterans, Members, Employees) rather than adding a deal.

How to add location-based pricing:

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Product

  2. Select "Add a New Product" or Edit an existing product

  3. Once in the product, scroll down to the "ADD LOCATION AND/OR GROUP-SPECIFIC PRICE" button located underpricing

  4. Once you select the button, a new box will populate with a section for location and customer group

  5. Select the drop-down menu and select which store you would like to do a specific price point and cost

  6. Save the product. Now that the location price has been entered, the system will use that in Inventory

How to add customer-based pricing:

  1. Build the Customer Group that will get this special pricing. To learn how to create customer groups, please visit this help hub article.

  2. Navigate to Inventory > Product

  3. Select "Add a New Product" or Edit an existing product

  4. Once in the product, scroll down to the "ADD LOCATION AND/OR GROUP-SPECIFIC PRICE" button located underpricing

  5. Once you select the button, a new box will populate with a section for location and customer group

  6. Use the drop-down menu and select the customer group

  7. Fill in the price and cost for this group

  8. Save the product. Now that the location price has been entered, the system will use that in Inventory

Note: You can add as many location and/or group-specific pricing options to one product as you would like.
