If you never received the email for your Flowhub point of sale account, the below article will help you reset your password, which will allow you to finish the account creation process. It is recommended that you reach out to your manager/supervisor to have them verify your username for your account and to make sure your email address is correct.

Reset Your Password

  1. Once you have your Badge ID/Username and confirm that the correct email address is on file, go to https://pos.flowhub.co.

  2. Enter your username in the login field.

  3. Click "Forgot Your Password."

  4. If the username you entered does not exist, you will get the message: "User not found. Please check the username."

  5. If you get this message after verifying your username was typed correctly, please contact your direct Supervisor/Manager to have them verify your account status.

Steps after a Successful Password Reset

If the username you entered exists, you will get the message: "Success! Check your inbox to reset your password."

  1. Once you get that message, use a computer to access your email inbox.

  2. Look for the email: "Reset Your Password for Flowhub, (Your Name)."

  3. Click the green "Reset Password" button in the email.

  4. On this page, enter a new password and confirm it.

  5. Click "Reset Password" when done entering a new password.

  6. Once successful, you will be logged into your account in Flowhub Classic and can set your PIN, which can be used in Flowhub Classic and Flowhub Cashier.

Setting up your PIN

  1. Click the "Employees" link on the left-hand side to find your profile.

  2. Select your name. Once you select your name, you'll see options to the right of the screen.

  3. You'll want to choose: "Change your PIN."

  4. This will allow you to set your PIN, which will allow you to ring up customers and close out drawers.
