The following quick resets can resolve a number of issues that may arise when using your Nug. If the following resets do not resolve the original issue, contact the original vendor for your hardware.

  • As of January 2021, Flowhub no longer provides replacements or deposit refunds for devices leased through Flowhub.

  • For hardware support for devices purchased through Barcodes, email flowhubsupport@barcodesinc.com. Barcodes hardware support is available Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

Close Greet or Stash

Closing the apps can resolve issues like slow or laggy behavior in Greet or Stash, Greet or Stash crashing, Greet or Stash becoming unresponsive, and an unresponsive scanner.

  1. Press the home button twice, quickly.

  2. Swipe up on Greet or Stash.

  3. Tap them to reopen.

Hard Reset

A hard reset can resolve issues like no power to the device, blank screens, Greet or Stash crashing, Greet or Stash becoming unresponsive, and unresponsive multitouch displays.

  1. Press the volume up button.

  2. Press the volume down button.

  3. Hold the sleep/wake button until the device powers off.

Reset network settings

Resetting network settings can resolve issues like network connectivity issues and a slow or laggy connection.

Navigate to settings > general > reset and select "network reset" on the iPhone.

  • The phone will restart.

  • Be sure to have your Wifi password handy as you will need to reenter it when the device restarts.

Sled Reset

Resetting the sled can resolve issues like an unresponsive scanner and a sled that won’t power on.

  1. Remove the battery cover from the back of the sled device. There are no tools required for this step.

  2. Remove the battery from the battery bay.

  3. Press and hold the small button next to the USB connection in the top left corner of the battery bay for about 15 seconds.

    • You’ll need something small, like a paper clip, to press this button.

  4. Place the battery back into the sled and close the battery cover.
