View: Frequently Asked Questions

This article explains how to install the View app on your personal iPhone device.

What data is available in View?

View has several data points. Below is a list of the types of data you can find.

  • Sales - This card shows the total sales amount and taxes collected from those sales. This card also has an estimate of how your sales may look at the end of this day/week/month in comparison to the last day/week/month.

  • Sales Breakdown - This card shows a breakdown of sales percentages across each product category.

  • Customer Queue - This card has two parts:

    • The first section will show the number of customers currently checked in to your location.

    • The second section will show you the conversion rate of your customers. The conversion rate tells you the percentage of visitors that made a purchase.

  • Budtender Sales - This card shows sales broken down by budtender. The top-selling budtenders will be listed first. By default, the card will only show you the five top-selling budtenders. To see more, click the "Tap to load more..." link at the bottom of the list.

  • Top Selling Vendors - This card shows which vendors are the most popular according to the number of units sold.

  • Top Selling Products - This card shows which of your products are the most popular according to the number of units sold.

  • Transactions - This card shows the number of total transactions for your store.

  • Average Sale Amount - This card shows the average sale amount for the selected time frame.

  • Inventory Discrepancies - This card displays any identified inventory discrepancies in your Flowhub inventory. For more information about inventory discrepancies, please visit our Adjust Inventory Help Hub article. Any discrepancies you have will be listed by the room they are in.

Is View available on the NUG?

View is meant for personal devices and will not be available on the NUG.

Do all Flowhub users have access to View?

To access View, you will need to have an active Flowhub account with the User Permission “View Access” enabled. To grant access to View, an employee will need the “Manage Employees” permission and the "View Access" permission.

How much does View cost?

The cost for View can vary based on how many locations your dispensary has. Please contact your Flowhub account executive to discuss adding View to your dispensary.

How can I download View?

Follow the link below for your type of device:

What is my username?

Your username will be the same as the one that you use to sign in to your Flowhub account. This is case-sensitive. Please ensure that you have the proper case when logging in to prevent being locked out of the app.

How do I refresh the data in View?

Data will refresh each time you open the app. To manually update data, navigate to the top of the screen and swipe down until you see a spinning icon appear.

How do I see data for a specific store?

Click on the dropdown in the top left corner of the app. This will expand into a list of all locations under your account. Select a location to filter the data.

How do I see data for a specific time period?

Click on the dropdown in the top right corner of the app. This will show the following options: today, this week, and this month. Data will be updated to reflect your selection.

Can I see data for all of my stores at once?

Data can only be displayed for one store at a time.


What is the minimum iOS version that View supports?

iOS 12

What is the minimum Android version that View supports?

Android OS 7 (Nougat)

How do I report an issue or submit feedback for Flowhub View?

  1. In View, choose the "Settings" option in the lower right corner of the app.

  2. Click "Send us Feedback or Report a Bug."

  3. Under "Need Help," choose one of the below options:

    • Report a Bug - Something in the app is broken or doesn't work as intended.

    • Suggest an Improvement - New ideas or desired enhancements for the app.

  4. Once an option is selected, you will be given a form to fill out:

    • In the first field, enter your email.

    • In the second field, describe the error or your suggestion.

    • If needed, you will also have the ability to take a screen recording, a screenshot, or attach a file from your gallery.

  5. Once all relevant information is added to the form, select the "send" icon in the upper right corner of the application.
