Follow the steps below to update a customer profile in Flowhub classic.

  1. Navigate to the Customer tab in Flowhub Classic.

  2. Select the search button to the right of the "Upload CSV" button to search for the customer.

    • ​​​Please Note: if the customer is already checked in, you can highlight them and select edit on the right-hand side of the details pane.

  3. Update any missing or out of date information, then select "Update" or "Update & Check in".
