To entirely remove the Flowhub Classic Application from your Mac computer, you will need to follow the below instructions:
Remove the Application:
Locate the program within the "Applications" folder.
Right-click and move to trash.
Open the “Go” menu option from the top left of your screen.
Hold down the Option key on your keyboard to see “Library” in the list of options.
You should be in the "Applications Support" folder or see the "Application Support" folder as an option. Open the "Application Support" folder if you're not in it.
Find the "flowhub-pos" folder. Select and delete this folder.
The application will now be entirely removed.
Redownload and Launch the Application:
Go to https://desktop.flowhub.co and download a new dmg file for installation.
Once the DMG file is downloaded, double-click it and drag the icon to the "Applications" folder to install.
Launch the application. You should then be able to enter your Client Name. The Client Name will be pos3.flowhub.co
Enter the client name and be directed to the login page.
Potential Error: "Flowhub" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.
If you encounter this error:
Go to "System Preferences" (Either access through your applications bar or click on the magnifying glass in the upper right corner and search for "System Preferences").
Go to "Security and Privacy."
Under "Allow apps downloaded from," select "Open Anyway" next to the message: “Flowhub was blocked from opening because it is not from an identified developer.” You may need to click the lock icon at the bottom of the window to change your Security & Privacy settings.
Select "Open" on the window that launches.
When asked for a Client Name, the Client Name will be pos3.flowhub.co
Enter the client name and be directed to the login page
