Your Flowhub PIN is a unique identifier that you use to process transactions for customers and patients through Flowhub.

If you ever misplace or forget your PIN, you can do the following to reset it:

  1. Sign in to the Classic Flowhub application or through the Chrome browser at:

  2. Once you are signed in, choose "Employee" from the left sidebar navigation.

  3. Select your name from this main screen.

  4. Select the "Details" pane on the right side of the window.

  5. Select "Change Pin."

  6. Enter and verify your new pin, enter your password, and save.

Note: Only the employee who is logged in will have access to change their PIN.
