A loyalty program is a tool to encourage customers to return to your store. Flowhub's loyalty program allows customers to earn points for every dollar earned.

How to Create a Loyalty Program

  1. Sign into Flowhub.

  2. In the lower-left corner of the navigation pane, select "Manage" and then select "Company Management."

  3. Select "Loyalty" from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

  4. Click the "+" sign in the upper right corner.

  5. In this window, you will see that loyalty programs you make are based on customer type: Rec, Medical, and Primary Medical.

  6. Select the "Customer Type" from the drop-down for which you want to make a program.

  7. You can set a "Point Threshold" where each point will be worth a specific dollar value at redemption.

    • You can set multiple threshold levels.

    • In this example, we have created a loyalty program for Rec customers.

    • The first threshold is a 100 point threshold where one point is redeemable for 1 cent(s). This is about equal to a 1 percent discount for the customer after spending $100.

    • The second threshold has a 500 point threshold where one point is redeemable for 5 cents (s). This is about equal to a 10 percent discount for the customer after spending $500.

  8. "Save" your Loyalty Program.

    • Note: Once the loyalty program has been created, you will have a "Loyalty Program Member" checkbox in the "Add New Customer" screen. This will allow you to assign customers and patients to the loyalty program.

How to Edit a Loyalty Program

  1. Sign into Flowhub.

  2. In the lower-left corner of the navigation pane, select "Manage" and then select "Company Management."

  3. Select "Loyalty" from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

  4. Select the program you want to edit/change of the available loyalty programs listed.

  5. Choose "Edit" from under "Details" on the right side of the navigation pane.

Notes about Flowhub Loyalty Programs:

  • You will need to add a phone number to a customer's account to add them as a loyalty program member.

  • If a customer type (Med, for example) does not have a program, that customer will not accrue loyalty points even if they are marked as a loyalty program member.

  • Customers can redeem their loyalty points at any time after a threshold is met.

  • Creating a loyalty program works the same way for Flowhub Classic and Cashier.
