Your product catalog comprises various cannabis and non-cannabis items that you may plan to sell in any of your locations. Products are entered under "Company Management" and will not include flower/shake cannabis items. Think of the products section of Flowhub as a catalog housing all potential items your stores will sell.

  • Products are not specific to a location.

  • Products apply to your entire account (all locations).

  • Products are found under the "Company Management" tab.

  • Products can be added manually or uploaded via CSV file.

Note: You are not creating inventory in the system by creating products. The Company Management area in Flowhub allows you to maintain products in one place and see those changes reflected at each store.

Product Types

When adding products, you will be prompted to enter a type, an ever-evolving sub-category of products. If the type is already listed in the system, you may select it from the drop-down. If the type is new, enter the entire name to create the type. These can be edited at any time through the product page.

Product Brands

When adding products, you will be prompted to enter a brand that assigns various products to specific companies/brands. If the brand is already listed in the system, you may select it from the drop-down. If the brand is new, enter the full name to create the brand. These can be edited at any time through the product page.

How to Upload Products via CSV

  1. On the left side of the navigation menu, select the ^ arrow next to your name.

  2. From here, select "Manage," then "Company Management."

  3. You should see "Products" listed in the drop-down. This means you are on the "Products" page.

  4. Click on the "Upload CSV" button.

  5. Click into the "Choose Product Type field" choose your type.

  6. Click "Get Template." Repeat for all product types.

  7. Fill in the CSV files, and save them as a CSV file for upload.

  8. Click on "Upload CSV" once more.

  9. Choose your saved file, select your file type, click "Upload."

How to Manually Add Products

  1. On the left side of the navigation menu, select the ^ arrow next to your name.

  2. From here, select "Manage," then "Company Management."

  3. You should see "Products" listed in the drop-down. This means you are on the "Products" page.

  4. Select the "+" button in the upper right corner.

  5. Select the category. By default, you will have "Accessories," "Concentrates," "Edibles," and "Non-Edibles" as options. If you would like additional categories, please have your Flowhub Administrator reach out to their Customer Success Manager for information on what options are available for your location.

  6. The fields will dynamically update based on your category selection. You will have various options depending on which product you have selected.

    • You can set location-based prices and par levels by selecting "Add Another Location-based Price/Par level," and check-marking the location(s) the price or par level applies to.

Note: Keep in mind that each product must have a unique name to streamline adding inventory to your stores. This needs to be unique across all available products, not just a category.
