"Company Management" is where you manage areas of your dispensary that will not change even if you expand into multiple stores.

Access Company Management in Flowhub

  1. Sign into Flowhub, then select the small up arrow ^ next to your name on the lower left side of the navigation menu:

  2. This will open up more menu options. Select "Manage" and then "Company Management:"

    • Location Management

  3. After selecting "Company Management," you will be directed to the "Products" page. This is the first option in Company Management."

Company Management Options

The drop-down menu offers the following options:

  • "Products" is where you manage your product listing.

  • "Suppliers" is where you add your inventory supplier information. This includes their licenses, nutrients and ingredients, and contact information.

  • "Customer Groups" is where you create and manage customer groups. Customer groups can be used for discounts, tax setup, and reporting.

  • "Loyalty is where you set up and manage a Flowhub Loyalty program.

  • "Customer Sources" is where you add customer sources to track how customers find your dispensary.

Note: If you are not on the products page when you first select "Company Management," you may need to check your employee permissions.
