Accessing a customer's purchase history helps process returns quickly. This can also be helpful to gain sight of how often a customer visits, what products they prefer, and how much they are likely to spend with you. You will need to be signed into Cashier and assigned to a drawer to see purchase history.

1. Select a customer from your active queue.

2. Select the past purchases tab.

  • To see the items included in previous transactions, select the dropdown arrow to the left of the transactions.

The drop down arrow to reveal past purchase details is outlined in red.

From here you can copy and paste a receipt ID to facilitate a return in cashier.
