Flowhub's Loyalty program allows customers to earn points for every dollar earned.
Check a Customer's Loyalty Points
Once you select a customer in Cashier, you will see if they are a loyalty member by looking at the top of the Cashier screen. Their loyalty points will also be listed here.
Edit a Customer's Loyalty Points
Customer loyalty points can only be edited in Flowhub Classic. This ability is protected by the "Edit Loyalty Points" permission. Please note that a customer will need to be checked into the queue and not in any employee's cart for you to edit their loyalty points.
Once a customer has been checked into the queue, under the "Customers" tab in Flowhub Classic, you'll see them listed in the main window.
On the right, under the "Details" pane, you will see the amount of points the customer has under their name. There will also be the option "Edit Loyalty Points" near the bottom of the pane. If this option is not there, make sure they have been returned to the queue in Cashier.
When you select "Edit Loyalty Points," the current value of points will be listed in the new window. Enter the total amount that the customer should have, then select update.
Go back to Cashier, and you'll see their points have been updated.
Redeem Loyalty Points
Once a loyalty customer has met a point threshold, they can redeem their points.
When all products have been added to a customer's cart, select "Collect Payment" as you would normally.
There will be a "Loyalty Pts" box on the payment screen.
Select the blue "Apply PTS" to apply all available points. To redeem only some of the points, enter the amount of available points.
Notes:
If the customer wants to wait to redeem their points, ignore the "Loyalty Pts" section.
Any remaining balance will need to be processed as a Cash, Debit, or Gift Card sale before you can check out the customer.
