Due to various compliance laws and regulations, many cannabis products require that an "Exit Label" be affixed to each product as it is sold. In Flowhub, exit labels print at the time of sale and can be reprinted from the "Completed Sales" tab in Flowhub Cashier.
How to Reprint Exit Labels
In Cashier, select "Completed Sales" from the top navigation menu.
Search for the sale you need to reprint labels for.
Once selected, details for the sale will display to the right.
Choose "Print Labels," and the labels will print to the linked printer.
Affix the labels to the product, and you're done!
Label Details
Our Flowhub Implementation team will set up these labels, and by default, will follow the local compliance laws directly. For example, in Oregon, exit labels are 3 in x 4 in and require several different fields that another state, such as Oklahoma, does not. If you have any questions about adjusting these labels, have your Flowhub Administrator email their request to help@flowhub.com.
